Hi, I have two partials (C and D) as my C drive only had 10GB space and my D 153GB space, can i install Vista on my D Drive safely and keep my XP system on my PC running if i want to?

Vista on partial and XP safe?
You don't specify, but assuming your XP is on C: drive, then you should be able to install Vista on D: drive without harming your XP, and you should be capable of Dual Booting.
